Outpost Council

My name is Bill Rigney, I am 75 years old and I have been in the Royal Ranger ministry for over thirty years. God called me into the Royal Ranger ministry in the fall of 1977 and I have served as a commander, on the sectional staff and currently on district staff. I currently serve as the outpost advisor for Destiny Church. I am glad God allowed me to be a part of the greatest ministry that serves boys and men.

Outpost Scribe

Hello. My name is Patrick Jones, and I am the Outpost Scribe for Outpost 97 here at Destiny Church. I have three boys of my own in Rangers (Joey, Caleb, & Sean), and they are the one's that got me involved in the Ranger ministry.

As Outpost Scribe, it is my job to keep up with the clerical stuff needed done for the outpost, like keeping attendance, merit and advancement tracking, and various inventories. I must say it keeps me busy most of the time. My family and I have been attending Destiny since 2006, and have been members since 2007. I have been involved in the Ranger ministry since July 2007, and completed my leadership training in April 2008 to become a commander at the outpost.

In addition to my three boys, I also have two girls who are involved in the MPact (Missionettes) program here at Destiny. My beautiful wife of 19 years, Deborah, is also involved in varying aspects of the children's' ministry..
